About this webinar

The purpose of this webinar is to educate Customer Service Agents on the necessary safety protocols and precautions they should take while delivering to Woolworths Online Customers. They will learn how to properly inspect their vehicle prior to each delivery, strategies for avoiding road hazards, as well as defensive driving tips to help them stay safe. They will also be taught how to provide exceptional customer service, what to do in the event of an emergency, and other ways to ensure their safety on the road.

Induction Questionnaire
During the course of the webinar, you will be asked to complete a series of questions. It is compulsory that you complete the questions. Upon successful completion, you will progress to your In-Cab Training.

For the best experience you will require the following:

  • Join the webinar VIA your Desktop or Tablet
  • Ensure your webcam is on and ready
  • Ensure your microphone is on and ready
  • A second screen would be great to access, view and answer questions from the webinar
What happens if I don't have a second screen? In the event you do not have a second screen please have your mobile phone ready as you will be given the content to access via your mobile phone.

What happens if I don't have a desktop or Tablet and just a mobile? It's okay we have you covered. You can access the Webinar and the Content from your mobile. However, to make it easier for MOBILE-only users you will be required to access the questionnaires, downloadable guides and toolboxes through the Webinar.
